Our cookery course ranges from home-smoking that you can do in your own oven, knife skills, stocks and sauces, chicken butchery, and sugar work to fine dining presentation skills plus many other building blocks that will take you on a culinary journey to achieve your perfect dinner party.
Hands on in the kitchen
You’ll enjoy small groups of no more than 6 pupils with Chef Maynard and plenty of hands on practice in the kitchen as he teaches and cooks side by side with you. And don’t worry about your ability because our cookery course covers the basic skills right through to those tricky techniques.
