o   9:30a – Guided Field Trip to the Neighboring Village of Craon to “Shop Like A Chef”

o   Visit our favorite Boulangerie, Farmer’s Market, Boucherie & experience Local Culture

o   12:30p – Return to the Walnut Grove Cookery for Lunch

o   2p – Begin Kitchen Activities

§  Kitchen Safety, Knife Skills, Sanitation, Flavoring and Balance
