From keen cooks to semi-professionals we have designed
this culinary program to make cooking dinner parties and
other special events easy and enjoyable. Based around
a working restaurant kitchen, our new cooking course will
teach you everything from pre-preparation techniques to
last minute cooking timings to ensure that you have the
skills and confidence to create new dishes and menus on
your own.
