If you are willing to share your room, you will not be charged a single room supplement. If you would like to have a room to yourself and are not willing to share your room, you will be charged the single room supplement at the time of booking.

Price for 2017 1-day Hands-on Cookery Course

Itinerary

Euros €265.00 per person

The price of the 5-day cooking course includes full board accommodation for five nights, all excursions, and tuition. Wine and other alcoholic beverages are not included, but can be purchased from our bar. We also offer a transfer service to and from Laval Train Station, which is available on request; please note we can only pick up clients from Laval on the 15.45 train - (Leaves Paris at 14.09) For the return train on Thursday we provide a transfer for the train that leaves Laval at 11.41 to Paris. These two train times are the only ones we are able to provide a transfer for.

The price of the 1-day cooking class includes coffee, lunch, dinner & tuition. Wine and other alcoholic beverages are not included, but can be purchased from our bar

Payment
A minimum of 30% of total course fees or pampered break is required at the time of reservation and is not refundable. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. We accept bank transfers, cheques in € Euros and most major credit cards. (A 4% surcharge is added to credit-card payments, as we have chosen not to increase the overall cost to include this.) In the event of insufficient numbers of clients on any one course - or a late cancellation, we reserve the right to cancel the course and either fully refund existing clients, or transfer them to another suitable course date.

Prices correct as printed but subject to change. The school reserves the right to alter its programs.

Cancellation
Full Refund minus the 30% deposit per person applies where written notice of cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the course. Cancellations received 45 to 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50%. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to date of arrival. Once the week has commenced there will be no refunds on unused portions. Cancellations due to medical reasons can be covered by travel insurance.

Due to the fact that we restrict our courses to no more than five participants we strictly adhere to this cancellation policy. We therefore recommend our clients take travel insurance to cover any cancellation.
