"Thank you for transforming my entire approach to cooking from
preparation to presentation! I've learnt that cooking is not just about
reading a recipe, it's about understanding ingredients and trusting
your senses to produce meals that are not only delicious but look amazing.
Even better that it was in a beautiful location with two talented (and
patient!) chefs and a great group of fellow students. I think the best
thing about Walnut Grove is that it it's suitable for everyone - the
only ingredient required is a passion for food! I can't wait to return."
