Exclusive to the advanced course, you will also spend an afternoon tasting and learning about wine with our 3 michelin star sommelier, Loïc Gallet. You will be taught the secrets and the method used by experts for pairing the ideal wine to the ideal food.


We believe this is a unique opportunity to sample a selection of outstanding French wines in such a relaxed atmosphere and in the company of one of France's top sommeliers. After completing his training, Loïc worked for 6 years at at the top of his profession in various 2 or 3 Michelin star hotel/restaurants throughout France. With his finely tuned knowledge and passion for wine, he then became a professor at the Ecole Hotelière for around 10 years before opening his own "cave" (or cellar) stocking some of the finest and rarest French wines.

Loîc will show you a very simple and logical technique of pairing your wine with the ideal food - all in all an ideal afternoon sipping fine wine in the French sunshine lead by a charismatic "very French" Frenchman!
